Writing A Love Story
I want to write everything.
The love and the little things.
Though I feel, to love is to live,
I shouldn’t write everything!
But when I think of you,
My heart just sings….
Sure, you’re not mine,
Sure, you’re away,
Sure, time is flying,
But you make me feel love again.
To love you, is to love a ghost.
I can’t reach you or hold your hand,
I can’t hug you tight and make you stay.
I can’t give you the love I so keep giving you anyway!!
It’s okay really.
It’s what it is.
You don’t love me.
And it doesn’t mean I can’t.
You’re the love I will forever cherish in my heart.
This love I have for you, taught me what love is,
And to this day forward babe, I set you free.
This is why, I wrote this love story.

Thinking About The Void
When with people,
It seems it’s filled.
When without anyone,
It suddenly exists!
Without it’s presence,
While we try to live in the present,
It appears from somewhere we’d like to forget!
Alone is not a safe spot for it.
To run away from the void,
We need to learn to escape it.
Even if it means to force yourself into the company of people.
The void is smarter when you’re alone & trying to be your own keeper.
So now when I think about it,
It gets bigger and darker.
It is inviting me in, to enjoy it, which seems like will last forever!
And I am standing on its edge,
Trying to ping and poke everyone I know.
Just to be saved from that darkness,
Which attacks me only when I am alone!

Part Of Me
A part of me wants to leave you,
A part of me wants to stay.
Another part says , “let it be”,
And another says it’s okay!
I on the other hand, do nothing but listen,
To all of my part’s debates.
Pride, Hope, Life or Acceptance,
All of them wanting to win!
They look at me in a longing way,
As I look away!
I look at the other side,
A side where I want to play.
Away from their chaotic notions,
Away from their extended stays.
When I look away long enough,
They’ll probably want to sway.
